Everyone in the Netherlands aged 18 years or over who is registered with a Dutch municipality is included in the Donor Register. That includes you. The Donor Register records your decision on whether or not you want to donate organs and tissue when you die. This may be something you prefer not to think about. However, it’s important to know what your entry in the register says.

签署表格后，
将其装入自备信封，免费寄往表格上的地址。
几周后将会收到一封确认您选择的信件。
