The Donor Register is where you record whether you choose to donate your organs and tissues after your death. Recording your choice can be done online or by post. It is important for you to make a choice. This way your partner or family will know whether you want to become a donor or not. Everyone in the Netherlands from the age of 18 who is registered at a Dutch municipality is noted in the Donor Register.
